100% Offline & Private: This application operates entirely offline on your local device. Your personal attendance records, daily earnings, and salary data are never uploaded to any remote server or shared with third parties.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
AYUSHMAAN VENTURES respects your personal and financial privacy. The app com.ayushmaan.dailypresent (Daily Present App) does not collect, transmit, sell, or rent any personally identifiable information (PII) or financial records to external servers or cloud services.
No user account registration or login required.
No online tracking, analytics, or behavioral telemetry.
No third-party advertising SDKs or tracking cookies.
No cloud synchronization without your explicit action.
2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
All information entered into the application—such as employee profiles, base salary rates, daily attendance statuses, custom weekly offs, overtime logs, and cash advance records—is stored strictly within a sandboxed local SQLite database on your device via the Android Room Persistence Library.
This local data remains accessible exclusively to you and your device's operating system.
3. Device Permissions & Usage
The app uses only minimal standard permissions strictly necessary for user-initiated functionality:
POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Optional permission used solely for scheduling user-configured daily attendance reminders locally on your device.
Read / Write via System Storage Access Framework: Used exclusively when you intentionally choose to export or import your offline JSON / Excel backup file or share a salary slip PDF / image.
VIBRATE: Used solely to provide tactile feedback during attendance logging.
The app does not request or access your Camera, Microphone, GPS Location, or Contacts.
4. Advertising and Third Parties
This application is completely ad-free. There are no advertising SDKs (such as Google AdMob or Unity Ads) integrated into this release. None of your usage habits or financial figures are shared with ad brokers or market researchers.
5. Data Retention, Backup, and Deletion
You have absolute control over all data stored by the app:
Individual Record Deletion: You can edit or delete any attendance entry, overtime record, or salary advance at any time.
Complete Reset: You can purge all app data permanently via Settings → Clear All Data.
App Uninstallation: Uninstalling the application removes all local databases and cached files immediately from your phone.
Manual Backups: If you export an offline backup, the file is saved to your device storage under your full control.
6. Children's Privacy
This application is intended for workforce attendance and personal payroll calculation. It does not target or knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
